Not sure which flavour?

13 flavours. One good match. Tell us as much as you would tell an assistant in a good shop.

02 / Ingredients

Fruit.Spirit.Sugar.Time.

That's about it.

We cover fruit from Polish orchards with spirit and leave it alone. Natural maceration does the rest. We do not add extra sugar just in case, we do not colour, we do not touch it up with flavouring. That is why every flavour is a little different from the previous batch - like the fruit it came from.

03 / Process

You cannot rush fruit.

We pick in season, when the fruit is at its best, not when it is cheapest. Maceration takes as long as that particular fruit needs - rhubarb has a different pace from sour cherry. We bottle in Poland.

05 / How we drink it

Chilled. Unhurried.

Nalewka does not have to wait for the holidays. Six occasions where it works best.

01

After dinner

40 ml, chilled to 6-8°C, a small glass. Sour Cherry or Spiced Quince.

02

With food

Gooseberry with fish and goat's cheese. Cranberry with duck. Acidity does the work here.

03

Spritz

Rhubarb, prosecco, sparkling water, ice. Summer in one glass.

04

With tonic

Gooseberry or Lemon with a good tonic. For those who like gin.

05

As a gift

A bottle that says something about the person giving it. No need to guess which vodka someone likes.
