Wild acidity and an intense aroma - Poland's answer to the lemon. Dry, mineral, with a tropical-citrus undertone and a honeyed note in the background. The classic taste of a Polish orchard.
- An orchard-and-blossom character - raw Japanese quince skin, yuzu peel, white honey, a trace of chamomile and orange blossom. On a second pass, a tropical note (passion fruit, ripe guava). The aromatics come from the fruit alone - no botanicals, no spices.
- Medium body, led by a lemony acidity that holds the whole mid-palate. Japanese quince's natural pectin gives the texture a subtle density, while the honeyed note stays in the background and never turns into sweetness.
- A rounded, warm, slightly perfumed fade. A gentle grip from citrus peel at the end keeps the finish dry.
