Aromas of dark cherry and almond-like stone. Round, slightly bitter, with a thread of marzipan on the finish. The benchmark of the category.
- Dark Morello cherry, crushed cherry stone, a clear note of marzipan and a faint trace of smoke. The classic Central European cherry character, deepened by macerating the whole fruit with its stones.
- Medium to full body. The cherry is dark and ripe, but held within a structure of bitterness from the stones and a dry almond grip. Acidity leads alongside the fruit, tied together by that almond bitterness. Exceptional depth.
- A long fade with a thread of marzipan and a warm, slightly bitter lift. Leaves the palate dry and ready.

- Słodzimy 25-35 g na litr gotowej nalewki - ustawowe minimum dla likieru to 100 g/l.
- No additives or colourings.
- Volume: 500 ml
- Alcohol content: 17.5%
Chilled to 10-12°C in a small cognac glass - the warmth releases the stone-fruit aromas.
Cherry Manhattan
- 40 ml bourbon
- 20 ml Sour Cherry
- 2 dashes Angostura
- cocktail cherry
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe. Finish with a cocktail cherry.
