We broke the spellon nalewka.
The same fruit, the same tradition - a new approach. Craft in step with the times.

Polish nalewka, rewritten.
Nalewka is a category older than any brand on the market. For decades it stood still: homemade, oversweetened, sold on nostalgia. Nobody treated it as a modern craft spirit. So we did.
Our grandparents made alcohol at home. We inherited the reason. We started from the same place - fruit and patience - and we are carrying the story on.
Nie Przelewki began in 2020 in Skierniewice - a small town 80 km from Warsaw, in the heart of Poland's orchard region. We were the first to call fruit nalewka craft - and we built the brand behind a real bar, not in a marketing meeting. A new chapter for a category that had been waiting for one.
We did not invent nalewka. We brought it up from the cellar and put it on the bar.
The recipe is simple: fruit from Polish orchards, sugar and six-times rectified 60% grain spirit from a Polish distillery - exceptionally smooth, made to carry the fruit rather than fight it. Every bottle goes through the full cycle: maceration, settling, clarification, filtration and stabilisation. No shortcuts - so the colour, aroma and flavour are pure fruit, nothing more.
In 2026 three of our nalewki won medals at the International Spirits Challenge: Spiced Quince and Rhubarb - silver, Blackcurrant - bronze.
Six lines we do not cross.
- 01
Natural maceration
Fruit from Polish orchards, six-times rectified grain spirit (60%) from Polish grain and 25-35 g of sugar per litre - depending on the fruit and its ripeness. Maceration, settling, clarification, filtration and stabilisation - the full cycle. No flavourings, no extracts, no colourings.
- 02
17.5% - always
The same alcohol content in every flavour. A consistent feel on the palate, predictable pairings, no “about”. A bartender's rule.
- 03
No expiry date
Alcohol is a preservative. Our nalewki don't spoil - they settle and open up.
- 04
Polish manufaktura
Made in Poland, controlled at every stage. Every batch labelled, every bottle fully traceable.
- 05
Dry by principle
25-35 g of sugar per litre puts us on the dry, fruit-led side. Enough to round out the flavour, never so much that it hides it. Made to pair with food, not to compete with it.
- 06
Tested behind the bar
Every flavour was put through a real test behind the bar before it reached the shelf. We serve what works - literally.
