Sour, deep, dry, with pronounced tannins. Woodland fruit with its skin on - not jam, not syrup. A classic that holds its place in any tasting.
- Dense dark-fruit aromatics - blackcurrant bud, fruit skins, a clear note of bramble leaf and a trace of black tea. The nose stays in a dry register, not a sweet-shop one.
- Distinctly sour, full of tannins from the skins. A dense, ripe fruit core, yet dry - no jammy sweetness. The spirit holds the structure without biting.
- A long fade of woodland fruit with a dry, grippy end. The tannin from blackcurrant skins lingers.

- Słodzimy 25-35 g na litr gotowej nalewki - ustawowe minimum dla likieru to 100 g/l.
- No additives or colourings.
- Volume: 500 ml
- Alcohol content: 17.5%
Chilled to 8-10°C, or stirred over ice with orange peel.
Berry Garden Spritz

- 80 ml prosecco
- 20 ml soda

Pour into a wine glass over ice.
