Wild, sour, dry, light. Redcurrant straight from the bush - without a coat of sugar. Elegant on its own, dangerous in a spritz.
- Wild redcurrant straight from the bush, pomegranate seed, a light note of dog rose. Fresh, bright, almost floral on a second pass.
- Light, dry, led by fresh acidity. The fruit is wild and authentic - it tastes more like pressed currants than a classic sweet nalewka. Sugar barely noticeable.
- Clean, fresh, short. No stickiness, no sweet residue - the palate is ready for the next sip.

All about this flavour
Redcurrant nalewka - dry, driven by acidity
Smak lata z babcinego ogrodu, ale bez cukrowego płaszcza. Nasza nalewka z czerwonej porzeczki to nie kolejny słodki likier - to owoc zerwany w szczycie sezonu, z całą jego dziką kwasowością. Wytrawna, cierpka, z charakterem. Porzeczkówka dla tych, którzy wolą smak niż słodycz.
Flavour profile
The intense, clean acidity of ripe redcurrant is the star here. A tart note of skin, red fruit in the background, a crisp, dry finish with no sticky sugar. A redcurrant nalewka that refreshes and stays in the memory.
How to serve
Well chilled, 40 ml. Neat as an aperitif that wakes up the appetite, or over ice. In summer it works well with tonic or sparkling water. One good glass - less, but better.
What it goes with
The acidity of redcurrant clears the palate alongside richer food - game, duck, hard cheeses. As an aperitif it opens dinner. Behind the bar our Redcurrant nalewka replaces syrup, juice and sweet fruit mixers in one go.

Most currant nalewki on the shelf are sweetened drinks. Ours goes the other way: wild redcurrant, acidity, 17.5%, the fruit isn't lost in sugar.
Is it sour?
Yes, it is led by the fruit's acidity - dry and tart, far from a syrup.
How to serve Redcurrant nalewka?
Chilled, 40 ml. Neat, over ice or in a cocktail, such as a currant spritz.
How strong is it?
17.5%. A deliberate flavour choice, a nalewka for the glass and the bar.
