Choice of flavours

Rigid black boxes with a magnetic closure and slots fitted to the set. Glasses and accessories optional.

Personalisation

Logo on the packaging, card or band, a handwritten message. Repeat orders on the same design with no further design fee.

A single invoice

The whole order is settled with one VAT document, ready for your accounts.

Delivery

To one address or many. Damage in transit - replaced at our cost.

    Number of recipients, budget per person and the expected delivery date.

    Recommendation

    One version of the set and the scope of personalisation. No paralysis of choice.

    Order

    New clients: 50% pro forma on ordering. A consolidated VAT invoice.

    Fulfilment

    Standard about 10 working days, first personalisation about 14 working days.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    Also to multiple addresses, with a replacement guarantee in case of damage.

Can we choose the flavours?

Yes. Flavours are agreed when you order. We advise on the selection for the occasion, the number of recipients and the budget.

Does personalisation change the label?

As standard we do not alter the main bottle label - that protects the brand. We place the logo on the packaging, card or band. For large volumes, broader personalisation is agreed individually.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes. We take care of logistics once the list of recipients and the delivery scope are agreed.

What if a set is broken in transit?

We arrange a replacement at our cost.

How long does fulfilment take?

Standard sets about 10 working days, first personalisation about 14 working days. Delivery dates before the holidays are confirmed when you order.
