Cut lemon peel, blossom, no shortcuts to a yellow-candy profile. Fresh, bright, bar-ready. The citrus anchor of the range.
- Freshly cut lemon peel, lemon oil, white blossom, a trace of verbena. No candying, nothing limoncello-style - the aromas read as raw fruit, not confectionery.
- Light texture with a sharp, focused citrus attack. Lemon oils carry the structure; sugar is held back so the acidity can lead. Exceptional clarity.
